The Domaine de la Ville Rouge Crozes Hermitage "Nathan" is a biodynamically produced, almost delicate white wine with magically soft, fruity aromas that line your mouth.

Biodynamic winemaking, Domaine de la Ville Rouge, Crozes Hermitage, "Nathan", white

All grapes are manually harvested from 40 year old vines and carefully sorted. To make the pressing process easier, the grapes are pressed with stems and panicles. The juice is refrigerated for 24 hours so that it clears as the solids settle and can be removed. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts is carried out in wooden barrels. The wine then matures for 6 months in barriques on its fine lees, which is occasionally mixed with the wine. This process gives the wine more intense aromas, more depth, a creamier texture and better shelf life.
