Color: Deep, dense ruby red
Nose: Seductive scents of wild strawberries, blueberries, black currant, a hint of eucalyptus and garrigue.
Mouth: Fresh and firm, while full and concentrated, silky tannins and notes of licorice envelop the palate and tongue. Very balanced, pleasant and long finish.
Drinking recommendation: Now at 18°C, up to 10 years after harvest.

The maceration (wine with berries without stems and panicles) takes 12 -21 days (depending on the grape variety) in large stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. After the alcoholic fermentation is finished, with a delay of a few weeks the malolatic fermention starts Then the young organic wine is aged 18 months in large wooden barrels where the wine reaches its initial drinkability.
