Mas Estela Vinya Selva de Mar Blanc is a white organic wine from a winery with a thousand-year history, which took a fresh start in 1989. It is located in Sant Roma Valley, which begins behind the small village of Selva de Mar and in which only the Soto-Dalmau family is the only winegrowing company that operates quietly and undisturbed by others, producing this exquisite wine.

• Nose: The nose is very fine and elegant, with a hint of citrus fruits - pineapple, melon, fresh hazelnuts, pears - almost exotic, but with perfect harmony
• Palate: very creamy and very aromatic on the palate with a variety of fruity and spicy flavors, accompanied by minaralischen notes.

The cultivation and care of the vines that grow on slate floors on a steep hillside is done by biodynamic rules, which are also used in winemaking. The harvest is carried out by hand in the early morning at cool temperatures. Thus, the grapes are not bruised before the actual pressing, asthey are transported to the cellar in 18 kg small comprehensive plastic crates and not in large containers. Since the vineyards are located in the immediate vicinity of the Mas Estela, the way to the processing unit is short. Here the berries are separated from the panicles, macerated cold for 48 hours in stainless steel vats and fermented at 18° C spontaneously only with the grapes own yeast. This organic wine then aged for seven months (sur Lie) on the lees in barrels made of acacia wood and is not fined, filtered and before bottling.
