• Nose: citrus fragrance with floral notes.
• Palate: On the palate fresh, aromatic flavors, backed by mineral notes. With a pleasant texture and a nice finish.

Organic wine - processing, Quinta da Caldeirinha, Tarika

The organic vineyard is located at at altitude of 600 meters in the Douro National Park, which belongs to the wine region of Beira Interior and the subregion of Regiao de Castelo Rodrigo. The grapes are hand picked and pressed and immediately fermented at controlled temperatures.
