This Parés Baltà, Penedès DO, COSMIC got its name because it is not easy to clearly define all its scents and aromas, they seem so delicate, varied and complex.

Organic wine - profile

• Color. straw color
• Nose: IVery intense aromas of flowers and white fruits with hints of citrus and minerals.
• Mouth: Fresh and soft, full of nuances. The floral and citrus notes are more present in the mouth, accompanied by a good acidity and a long aftertaste with hints of grapefruit and chamomile.
• Recommended serving temperature: 10 - 12° C.

This white wine is made with as little intervention as possible.
The grapes are harvested manually. They then macerate for 4 hours before being gently pressed and the must fermenting at 16ºC for 18 days. Once fermentation is complete, this Demeter wine is aged for 3 months on its fine yeast, which is stirred into the wine every day.
