The wines in this organic wine tasting package Spain come from five family-run wineries, from different wine-growing regions. They all work the vineyards by hand according to recognized and certified organic rules, which extend to bottling.
They don't buy any grapes, must or wine from other winegrowers and they bear the weather-related risk themselfs. Their employees receive a fair wage, social security and vacation, which is not a matter of course in agriculture.

• 1 bottle Dominio Verderrubi Pita, Verdejo, Rueda DO, organic wine, white, 2020
  This Dominio de Verderrubi Pita Verdejo Rueda DO, from organic production, is an incredibly good and attractive white wine. Awarded several times and amazingly low priced!
  Last rated 90/100 by Guía Peñín, Spain's most important wine guide, for the
  2020 vintage.
  Clear greenish-yellow color, seductive scents of passion fruit, grapefruit, dry forest floor, very complex fruity aromas, creamy soft on the palate, very balanced, round with a long aftertaste.

• 1 bottle Dominio Verderrubi Pita, Sauvignon Blanc, Rueda DO, organic wine, white, 2020
  Pale yellow with greenish reflections, the bouquet is citrus fruits with notes of gooseberries and tropical fruits. Fresh aromas of lime, grapefruit and beautiful minerality on the palate, giving the wine a lasting taste. Serve it at 8-10° C with appetizers, fish, white meat, fresh goat's cheese.

• 1 bottle Dominio Verderrubi Pita, Tempranillo, Rueda DO, organic wine, red, 2018
  Clear, shiny, dark cherry red, intensely scented with red and black berries, followed by sweet spices such as vanilla, liquorice and toasted bread. Round in the mouth, elegant, supple, fruity on the palate, with good structure and polished tannins.
   
• 1 bottle Solà Classic Mas Hereu, Solà Classic bleu, Priorat DOQ, organic wine, red, 2015.
  In the Priorat you feel transported back 100 years. But that is a great advantage for the Solà Classic Mas Hereu Priorat DOQ Solà bleu organic wine, because it is grown in a very remote area. There is nothing here but their lovingly tended vineyards and lots of nature around.
  Deep, vibrant cherry red with violet edges, aromas of red berries, cinnamon,
  toffee and coffee beans. In the mouth, this red wine appears fresh, smooth and velvety, with a friendly and gentle acidity, balsamic notes, also minerals, milk-coffee liqueur and the clear presence of red berries with hints of lightly toasted oak, it is the perfect interpretation of a Priorat wine.
   
• 1 bottle Bodegas Bagordi, Rioja Crianza DOC, organic wine, red, 2017
  Sparkling and brilliant ruby red, with garnet reflections on the edge of the glass. Rich scents of ripe red berries, black pepper, cloves, with subtle notes of vanilla and dark chocolate. Well structured in the mouth, with fruity and balsamic notes, dark chocolate, spices. Long-lasting reverberation. Enjoy this red wine at a temperature of 18°C.
   
• 1 bottle Lagravera. Ònra, Costers del Segre DO, organic wine, red, 2017
  This biodynamically produced red wine with a ruby red color and violet reflections smells of red and black berries, pomegranate, sour cherries and orange peel. Nice balance in the mouth between fruity, elegant aromas and spicy oak
  notes, which are very well integrated. Red berries and fresh aromas of ripe blood orange. Medium-bodied, long and almost balsamic finish with notes of mint and Mediterranean herbs. Serve this wonderful wine at 16-18°C with tasty dishes.
