Correspondingly full-bodied, dry and fruity are the wines of these small family wineries in Bédoin.

The Mediterranean vines grow in vineyards on a slight slope and south-facing on clay and limestone soils covered with pebbles and weathered scree from Mont Ventoux. The grapes are picked by hand. This is followed by a traditional must fermentation for which the grapes are only lightly squeezed beforehand so that some of the juice runs out. Depending on the grape variety, it takes 2-3 weeks.
