Organic wine - profile

• Colour: shiny dark pink.
• Nose: fine aromatic nose of red berries and a delicate mineral note.
• Mouth: the aromas perceived with the nose are also felt in the mouth. The well-integrated acidity harmonizes perfectly with the full body of this wonderful rosé wine. It would be a sin to perceive this rosé wine only as a "summer wine" because it has the capacity to accompany a whole menu even in winter.
• Serving recommendation: Serve this organic rosé at 8° to 10°C, but never ice cold, just put it in a thermo-bucket in which it will reach the ideal drinking temperature of 10 to 12 ° C.

Organic wine - processing, Château La Dorgonne, Côtes du Luberon, AOP, rosé

Depending on the quality of the grapes and the location of the vineyards, the grapes are harvested by machine or manually. This is followed by a cold maceration lasting a few hours, then a gentle pressing and fermentation at a low temperature. This Provençal rosé wine is poured into another stainless steel tank, leaving behind the solids and yeast deposited on the bottom of the fermentation tank. After light filtering and sulfurization, this organic wine is bottled in April.
