Organic wine - processing, Château La Dorgonne, Côtes u Luberon white

According to the quality of the grapes and the location of the vineyards, the grapes are harvested mechanically or manually, the berries separated from the stems and panicles, immediately pressed and fermented at a cool temperature. The wine is filled into another stainless steel tank, leaving behind the solids and yeasts deposited on the bottom of the fermentation tank. After a slight filtering and sulfurization, the  wine is bottled in April.
