One cannot imagine any other place where biodynamic viticulture could succeed better. In this exquisite wine, terroir and time are kings. It is thanks to the atypical and exceptional soil, but also to the long aging that reinforces these assets.

Biodynamic wine - preparation, Château de Lascaux, Pic Saint Loup AOC, LES NOBLES PIERRES, red
The vines thrive on soil created by the degradation of limestone rocks formed during one of the last cold periods of the Quaternary. The vineyard has been certified organic since 2006 and biodynamic methods according to Demeter since 2015.
The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, completely destemmed, macerated according to the traditional method for 3-4 weeks and then fermented for 15 to 20 days in conical tanks at a controlled temperature. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months, then 3 months in large tanks and 1 year in the bottle before leaving the winery for the first time.
