• Color: garnet red with purple reflections
• Nose: intense scent of red currants, cherries, with a sweetish, spicy note.
• Mouth: here aromas already perceived by the nose repeat themselves which fill the mouth and create a pleasant feeling that lasts for a long time and ends with round tannins.
• Recommendation: at 14 to 16 ° C with Mediterranean dishes, grilled meat, young cheeses, also with pasta and other spicy dishes.
