Biodynamic wine profile

• Colour: ruby red with violet shimmer
• Nose: After swirling the glass you notice warm smoky notes with a round vanilla-like scent and brioche-like aromas skipping over in fruity aromas.
• Mouth: fruity red and black berries, followed by a creamy, fatty mouthfeel combine with delicately spicy tannins that leads in a lingering aftertaste.
• Recommendation: Serve at 16°C, decant or let it air for a while in a tall glass so that it releases its aromas and opens it completely.

Biodynamic wine préparation Château de Monségur, Bordeaux Superieur AOC, red

The vines, which are 20-30 years old, are grown and cared for according to biodynamic rules from Demeter, taking cosmic influences into account. The grapes are harvested manually and fermented spontaneously at a controlled temperature with the yeasts found on the grapes.
