This Casina di Cornia Rosso Toscano IGT Tre Passi is a cuvée of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Cabernet Sauvignon. Therefore, this red wine could almost be called Chianti. But to do this it would have had to mature in the barrel for longer.

To offer a lighter, fruity wine for all occasions, this Rosso Toscano is a cuvée of three typical Tuscan grape varieties. Before fermentation, the grapes macerated at a low temperature; fermentation only lasted 6 to 10 days. The fruity components of the grapes were extracted, but comparatively little tannin was extracted, which makes the wine appear less intense in taste.
