This La Baratta Chardonnay Veneto IGP is a cuvée made from regional white grape varieties that provide a simple, but good, light white organic wine that is unadulterated to drink with large groups of friends or small celebrations.

The grapes are harvested mechanically or manually, depending on the location of the vineyards and the quality of the grapes. The grapes macerate briefly in the mash at a low temperature. This is followed by pressing, then fermentation in stainless steel tanks and finally this white organic wine is filtered and filled into bag in box as required.
