the Cabernet Franc grape has been a main grape in the veneto for decades. This Cabernet Franc of La Baratta is much more than only "well done". It gives us all the terroir and unique aspects of this region to enjoy it even more.

Organic wine preparation La Baratta, Cabernet Franc, Veneto IGP, 

The grapes are harvested mechanically or manually, depending on the location of the vineyards and the quality of the grapes. Maceration and fermentation lasts 8 to 10 days, depending on when the right color and flavor of the wine have been achieved. The ripening and refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks so that the fruity aromas of the grapes are retained in their freshness.
