This Parés Baltà, Penedès DO, Ros de Pacs, the winery's light red wine is a charming rosé wine with a fresh, fruity character and floral scent.

Organic wine - profile

Colour: strong, slightly darker pink
Nose: fine fruity scents of red berries, white flowers with notes of citrus fruits.
Mouth: fresh and lively on the palate with a slight residual sweetness and a very harmonious mouthfeel.
Recommended serving temperature: 7-9° C.

Biodynamic wine - preparation Parés Baltà, Penedès DO, Rose de Pacs, biodynamic wine, rosé

This rosé wine is made with as little intervention as possible.
The grapes are harvested mechanically. The berries then macerate with the grape juice overnight at a cool temperature. During this time, part of the coloring and very little tannin are released from the berry skins. Fermentation then begins spontaneously with the natural yeasts.
