In this small organic wine estate, as little as possible is interfered during the winemaking process. The search for the real essence of the terroir is only possible is best achieved by processing only the best hand-picked grapes. This is how this unique organic wine has been created from carefully selected hand-picked grapes. The pressing took place immediately after the berries were separated from the rispenes and then the fermentation took place at a very cool temperature of 16° C with yeasts naturally present on the grapes.
