Pinot Noir vines (Spätburgunder) prefer warm locations with cool nights, as is the case in Burgundy and in the vineyards of Sander. We owe this advantage to the Weingut Sander Pinot Noir which is an organic wine with finesse and elegance.

The berries are released panicles and fermented in the must for 10 days. The aging takes place in oak barrels (about 1100 l) for 6 months.
