Organic wine profile

• Colour: In the glass, the Pinot Noir shows a beautiful ruby red.
• Nose:fine scents of a red berry compote.
• Mouth: a pleasant acidity meets strong tannins which, together with a fine holnote, lead to a pleasant drinking pleasure.
• Drinking recommendation: Ideal with game dishes and spicy dishes, serve this wine at 14-16° C.

The Mohr winery in Lorch am Rhein has been practicing certified organic viticulture and organic wine production on steep slopes on soils containing slate and quartz since 2014 , which make the organic wines from the Mohr winery valuable and unique.

The grapes are harvested manually and traditionally fermented in our own cellar and bottled.
