The estate wines are intended as the winery's basic wines, which should be easy to access and still provide fun, joy and enjoyment. The name, OEKO-Weingut Zang “Resistance” says it all. The cuvée is made up of the fungus-resistant (PIWI for short) grape varieties Bronner and Johanniter. The vines are real fighters against mildew fungi in the vineyard and therefore need to be sprayed less.
 

Organic wine profile

• Color: light yellow
• Nose: Initially restrained Burgundian bouquet. There are spicy hints of meadow herbs, ripe apples and delicately exotic honeydew melon.
• Mouth: The tongue is dominated by smoky-spicy vegetal notes and a hint of exotic fruit impressions. Slightly astringent on the palate with grip and volume accompanied by a fine yellow-fruity aftertaste.
• Drinking recommendation: Serve at around 8°C. A universal white wine that goes well with many occasions and dishes.

All grapes are harvested by hand and spontaneously fermented with the grapes' own yeasts. Only in exceptional cases, such as when a period of bad weather is approaching, are the grapes for this wine harvested by machine in order to avoid losing the grapes due to rot. With the exception of some SO2, no preservatives or fining agents are used.
