Champagne Bedel

Champagne Bedel

Champagne Francoise Bedel

A special attraction of Champagne lies in the enormous differences between the gargantuan champagne producers who annually produce millions of bottles, but grow only a fraction of its own soil and therefore depend on numerous small growers whose grapes they need. The family Bedel could be one of these small businesses. Françoise Bedel however choose another way, namely the farming on the base of biodynamic methods according to the guidelines of the Demeter association. Now her son took over the modest estate with 7 hectares of vineyards in the town of Crouttes sur Marne. The increasing acceptance of organic products even in the French population and the proximity to Paris (80 km), as well as the excellent quality of its organic Champagne provides for an active sales in an otherwise very on advertising depending market.
