Only indigenous grape varieties are cultivated that have been adapted to the climate and soil conditions in this part of Portugal for centuries. The vineyards are covered in spring to early summer with nitrogen-forming plants (legumes) and herbs, which are then mulched in the soil and thus serve the vines as organic fertilizer.

The grape harvest is carried out manually. The grapes are placed in containers of approx.10 kg and are brought to the nearby wine cellar, where each grape variety is mash- fermented separately. Its further development is simple and the best practice - just stored in stainless steel tanks,where it preserves its fruity aromas and the fresh character of the grapes used.
