Organic wine - processing, Agrovinaz, Courelas da Torre, Alentejo Reserva DOC, red

The Courelas da Torre Reserva wine comes from the Redondo vineyards, the sandy bottom of which gives it its charming fullness and elegance. It is completely free of herbicides and pesticides and the grapes are harvested manually to ensure their outstanding quality. After the grapes were separated from the vineyard into the cellar for further processing and the berries were separated from the panicles in 25 kg boxes, they were lightly squeezed and fermented in stainless steel tanks according to the grape variety with natural yeasts. Then the wine is aged in barriques for 18 months.
