The estate wines are intended as the winery's basic wines, which should be easy to access and still provide fun, joy and enjoyment. The white organic wine ÖKO-Weingut Zang "Erdung" is a cuvée made from three typical Franconian grape varieties, Riesling, Scheuebe and Traminer.

• Couleur : pale yellow
• Nez : The nose shows hints of apricot, elderflower and cassis paired with floral notes of roses and meadow herbs as well as a salty, cool feel of the soil.
• Bouche : On the palate, initially vegetal freshness and agile acidity. The fruit nuances of currants and yellow orchards as well as the floral impressions also come through clearly here. The living limestone soil of our vineyards can not only be tasted but also clearly felt on the edges of the tongue with a chalky saltiness.
  A perfectly round wine with a fruity, earthy aftertaste: balanced and supple and fine, the circle closes

All grapes are harvested by hand and spontaneously fermented with the grapes' own yeasts. Only in exceptional cases, such as when a period of bad weather is approaching, are the grapes for this wine harvested by machine in order to avoid losing the grapes due to rot. With the exception of some SO2, no preservatives or fining agents are used.
