The Barbera vines thrive on a steep slope in alignment to the southeast, its vineyard location is called "Vallia". The grapes are picked by hand and simultaneously selected. At the winery Poggio Ridente all organic wines are fermented with the grapes natural yeasts. The maturation of the young wine takes place in stainless steel tanks, thereby preserving the grapes specific aromas.
