• Color: covered garnet red, violet in the core with lightening towards the edge.
• Nose: Cool and elegant fruit, reminiscent of wild raspberry, blackberry, rose hip and cassis. With oxygen contact fragrances  of tarragon, elderwood, as well as carnation, smoke and leather will apear. A really harmonious and animating abundance of aromas.

The Sander wine estate in Mettenheim was one of the first producing organic wines in Germany, now Stefan Sander is managing it like his grandfather did long ago. The vineyards are situated next the the river Rhine on flat grounds with sandy soil, but also in hilly areas with loess soils.
