Organic wine - profile

• Colour: straw color with golden reflections
• Nose: very clear, complex and intense scents of peach, apricot, nectarine with notes of fresh fresh pineapple, accompanied by citrus fruits and balsamic aromas with a touch of vanilla.
• Mouth: Perfectly balanced, very likeable, smooth and creamy, expansive in the mouth, with flavors of pineapple, nectarine, apricot, wrapped from a smooth glyceric feel all over the palate. Good length and fine acidity on the finish, making you want a second and third sip.
• Drinking recommendation: serve this Chardonnay at a temperature of 7 - 9! C with tapas of oily sardines, klaten appetizers with fried fish, organic oven-baked chicken.

Organic wine - preparation, Pago de Tharsis, Utiel-Requena DO, Carlota Suria, white

For this white organic wine, the Chardonnay grapes, which grew on chalky, calcareous soil, were harvested by hand in mid-September. Its juice was fermented in French oak barrels for 2 months with the grapes' own yeasts at a cool temperature. Then transferred to other barrels and matured and refined on the fine lees for 2 months. This way of working gives the wine a slightly more intense color and more pronounced ripening aromas, as well as a better shelf life.
