Organic wine Italy is produced between the Alps and the southern tip of the Italian boot on the Mediterranean over a distance of more than 1,000 km on both sides of the Abruzzi mountain range, plus Sicily, Sardinia and Elba. The climatic and geological conditions for organic wine cultivation in Italy are correspondingly varied between the 46th degree of latitude in South Tyrol and the 37th degree of latitude in Sicily. There are also a large number of Italian grape varieties that enrich the variety of Italian organic wines.
By the way, there is niot one single region in Italy, where no wines ar produced.
