The Demeter organic wine from the Domaine du Joncier, Lirac AOP, ICI  is a very successful cuvée from several typical southern French grape varieties, which result in a very harmonious and pleasant to drink red wine from biodynamic viticulture.

Biodynamic wine - profile  

• Colour: deep ruby red
• Nose: fruity and spicy of red berries, black cherries and  Fragrant notes of Provençal shrub heather.
• Mouth: moderately full-bodied, very fruity, mild and supple with a long aftertaste and fine, round tannins.

the manually harvested grapes are spontaneously fermented in the mash, i.e. juice and berry skins, without the use of cultured yeasts. Maturation in concrete tanks lasts at least 12 months and refines the wine without influencing its fruity character with foreign aromas (wood).
