Organic wine profile

• Color: light yellow
• Nose: This Silvaner shows a refreshing bouquet of salty meadow herbs from the Bergalm, yellow Citrus fruits and juicy stewed fruits such as apples and pears with a hint of quince jelly.
• Mouth: A still youthful, firm acidity draws it over the tongue, to the The edges are tart with the invigorating astringency of the wooden barrel. This wine has draw and a lot of drinking flow. At the same time, the yellow fruity nuances come to the fore on the palate with an almost exotic, spicy fruit impression in the aftertaste.

All grapes are harvested by hand and spontaneously fermented with the grapes' own yeasts. Only in exceptional cases, such as when a period of bad weather is approaching, are the grapes for this wine harvested by machine in order to avoid losing the grapes due to rot. With the exception of some SO2, no preservatives or fining agents are used.
