• Color: youthful fresh cherry red color
• Nose: very nicely developed bouquet of red red berries, confection, accompanied by mineral notes, smelling of spicy forest earth.
• Mouth: open and accessible, concentrated, floral and fruity aromas. Its smooth tannin is very accommodating, harmonious, round and soft with hardly noticeable acidity and considerable length.
• Drinking recommendation:  enjoy it at approx. 16-18 ° C, it is recommended that you either decant this wine or let it breathe in a large glass.

Manual harvesting of the grapes, the berries are separated from stems and panicles, mashed in at low temperature, then fermented spontaneously with the grapes' own yeast. The maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks and in barriques that have previously been topped with other wines. The winemaker wants to preserve the fruity character of this wine and limit the influence of the barrique. Before filling the bottles, light filtering and a small dose of sulfur are added.
