The Buondonno Rosato Toscano is created from the blend of white vinified Syrah grape must with a very short resting time on the skins, the must being obtained from the Sangiovese vein for the production of Chianti Classico.

The processing takes place in such a way that the freshness and fruit are largely retained.

• Color: pink with orange reflections
• Nose: fresh, spicy scents of red and dark currants, blackberries, plums and a hint of violets increase curiosity about this wine.
• Mouth: Just like its scent, so is its taste, which quickly fills the entire mouth. Since both grape varieties are known for their fruity aromas, they are well suited for good rosé wine.
• Drinking recommendation: enjoy this at 8-10° C.

The juice of the Syrah grapes was pressed immediately without contact with the skins. The white juice was then spontaneously fermented with the darker juice of the Sangiovese grapes using the grapes' own yeasts.
