Organic wine profile

• Colour: lively dark ruby red
• Nose: the first perceived scent is reminiscent of vanilla, sweet spices such as anise, incense.
• Mouth: Nice taste in the mouth with an interesting sweetness. A finish of medium persistence with a light, quite pleasant aftertaste.
• Recommendation: Serve at 16°C, letting it breathe in a tall glass for a few minutes so that its aromas can develop.

The vineyards in the southern location consist of very fertile alluvial soils and in the north of predominantly loamy-silty soils. The vines growing on it are 30 years old.

The grapes are harvested by machine and sorted manually on a conveyor belt before winemaking begins. The mash ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, after which the wine matures for 12 months, also in stainless steel tanks.
