Organic wine preparation Quinta do Cardo, Beira Interior DOC Superior Reserva, red

Vines aged more than 40 years produce grapes of excellent quality and expressiveness. They are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 30 days at 14°C. The very low temperature for fermentation and the long fermentation time are an indication that great importance is attached to preserving all the aromas of the grapes, its freshness and intensity of this red organic wine. The subsequent maturation and refinement on the fine lees serves to increase its expressiveness and its good storability.
