North of Mettenheim, in a young Riesling plot, the "Senfter", something very special grew , sweetin 2015. Due to the drought in August and September, the grapes evaporated water and thus concentrated the ingredients in the berries. During the first pre-selection of the vineyard, the slightly shriveled grapes without Bortytis were tasted. it was a firework display of healthy concentration. The special feature of the 2015 vintage - concentration in the vineyard thanks to raisin-like grapes.
