• Colour: light yellow
• Nose & Mouth: after a few months of aging in the bottle, the fragrances and aromas of apricots and peaches are added to the distinct citrus aromas (grapefruit, lemon, orange peel). All in all, a very generous, complex white organic wine, with fine acidity, fresh-tasting, perfectly balanced and very tasty.

Of course, the grapes grown on loam and sand soil, which rests on a base of limestone and marble soil, are harvested by hand and already selected on the vine. They are brought to the winery in small boxes, immediately pressed and subjected to an enzymatic maceration at 15 ° C and then fermented. The wine then rests in stainless steel tanks for 5 months with the exclusion of oxygen for 5 months before being bottled at Château La Vivonne.
