Organic wine profile

• Color: beautiful ruby red color
• Nose: our first vintage under Demeter rules is a great success of gourmandise with aromas of red fruits.
• Mouth: A very airy burst of fruit with notes of blackcurrant and raspberry, with a long and round aftertaste

Biodynamic wine - preparation Château Bouhans, Bergerac AOP, red, 2020

Château Bouhans has been a certified organic estate since 1999 and this wine is the first vintage after certification as a producer of biodynamic wines according to Demeter guidelines.

The grapes - Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grow on clay and limestone soil and are harvested by hand and produced by traditional mash fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and are also aged there.
