Organic wine profile

• Color: light yellow
• Nose: smells of peach, apricot and yellow apple
• Mouth: a very full-bodied wine with fruity aromas and notes of spices and herbs. Strong on the palate, juicy and harmonious with a long finish. Small amounts of crop and spontaneous fermentation without foreign yeast guarantee the original quality and character of its origin.
• Drinking recommendation: this wine is suitable with desserts, mousse au chocolat, a chocolate cake, or with a blue cheese. Serve at a temperature of 8 to 10 ° C.
