 Organic wine - profile

• Color: Pink with a delicate salmon-colored complexion
• Nose: Lively and complex aroma of mint and blackcurrant.
• Mouth:  Young, fresh, elegant, with a pleasant balance between acidity and subtle sweetness, a slight banana note and a nice length in the aftertaste.
• Drinking recommendation: with a temperature of 9-11° C within 3 years of vintage. Goes well as an aperitif, with fatty fish, white meat or vegetarian and vegan, finely seasoned dishes.

In this small organic winery, winemaking involves as little intervention as possible. Because the search is for the essence of the terroir, which is best expressed by using only the best hand-picked grapes. This unique organic wine is made from particularly carefully selected, hand-picked grapes. During a short maceration period during which some of the color had been released from the berry skins, the pressing of the berries and then fermentation began with  the natural yeasts at a cool temperature.
