The La Baratta Prosecco frizzante is a real winemaker's prosecco for which the grapes come from their own vineyard and to which the winemaker's attention was paid and which was even closed with a hand-tied cord at the winery.

The grapes are harvested mechanically or manually, depending on the location of the vineyards and the quality of the grapes. Immediately afterwards, the brief maceration of the red grapes with the skins begins so that the colorants contained in them can dissolve. This frizzante is then fermented like its white counterparts.
