Colour: bright pale pink-salmon
Nose: fresh, fruity scents of red currants and strawberry jam.
Mouth: On the palate, the wine is delicate and elegant, paired with fresh acidity. A very distinctive and individual rosé.

The vines grow in wire training, like on a high trellis. The special thing, however, is that the grapes grow at working height, the other dense-leaved shoots rise up to a height of up to 2.5 m like a wall. This improves photosynthesis and thus the growth of the grapes and, on the other hand, protects them from excessive sunlight.
The Garnacha grapes were harvested by hand, lightly crushed, macerated in the mash for a few hours and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. This rosé organic wine then matured for 4 months in stainless steel tanks to preserve its clear fruity character.

Organic wine - preparation, Domaine Julien de l'Embisque, Vin de France, red

The grapes were harvested manually. The berries were separated from the panicles and the mash was slowly fermented in a stainless steel tank for 20 days. During this process, the resulting wine was pumped around 3 times a day. This means that the skins of the berries floating on the liquid mash were poured over with the mash so that the colors and flavors still in them can dissolve and get into the wine.
