• Color: light burgundy red
• Nose: a real potpourri of scents and aromas that hold both the soil rich in minerals on which the vines grew, and Pinot Noir grape with which this organic red wine was produced. Sour cherries, grapefruit, dried plums, black tea, allspice, black pepper, thyme, tobacco, bacon, smoked and malt are all flavors you can feel.
• Mouth: We must accept its typicality to enter the universe that this wine offers us. As a walk in the forest you will be surprised at first by its minerality and its slight acidity, that of small red berries such as currant or lingonberry, wait a little to fall on herbaceous notes of fern before the aroma arises woody and smoked. Pinot Gris is a type of grape that looks like a red wine grape during the growing season until almost ripe and only takes on a gray color shortly before harvest.
