Based on many years of experience in the tasting of natural wines or natural wines, we consider these terms more as a natural wines marketing tool than a promise of enjoyment. Moreover, it would be a shame if winegrowers worked hard for a whole year in the vineyard and end up presenting flawed and often inedible wines. That's why it's so easy here at the Château Romanin to make the best possible organic/biodynamic wines: The stems and panicles are separated from the berries, then slightly squeezed and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks without the addition of foreign yeasts.
